Ordered a birthday gift over 2 months ago and still nothing

I placed an order online for my grandson’s birthday present. That was over 2 months ago and I still haven’t gotten the merchandise. Every time I ask they just say the order is waiting to be picked up by the shipper.

Then they keep offering me a 20% discount to buy more stuff. Like I’m going to fall for that when they haven’t even sent my first order. It’s just frustrating. I spent $104 and got nothing.
