Charged over and over for books I only bought once

I saw an ad for learning books for toddlers and went to the website, Tink Thinkers. Picked what I wanted—horrible quality by the way—and did a one time purchase of 3 books for $31.99 back on August 16, 2025.

Since then I have been charged 11 times, once a month on random days, for $29.99. I emailed them once and was told I signed up for a "Subscription" which I did not. I asked them to cancel it. Since then I have been charged 3 more times for $29.99. I reached out to customer service on the website and got no help. Got charged again today for another $29.99. Reached out one more time today to cancel this so called subscription and asked for a refund again. This is the 3rd time I have asked.
