Ordered 2 bottles, got 14, and can't get a refund

I ordered 2 bottles of TinnitusFix and they sent me 14 bottles. I used the product for almost a month and it didn't do anything. They had a 60-day money-back guarantee listed.

I tried to get my money back but there's no way to contact them. There's no phone number. On the website, there's a contact button, but it just takes you back to the top of the page to order again. I can't get a hold of this company at all. I paid $169.85. I need help getting a refund.
