Ordered shoes two months ago, never got them and now I'm blocked

I bought shoes from Tiny Explorings over two months ago. I never got the product. They sent me a fake shipping code and never answered any of my emails. I reached out multiple times. I even left messages on their Instagram page saying I didn't get my order. They just deleted my messages and blocked me. Still no reply.

They took my money and now they have my credit card information too. It was $30.
