Ordered once from Tiny Thinkers but they charged me again

I ordered a one time order from Tiny Thinkers. I did not subscribe to anything at all. Then today I see another charge for $29.99 on my card. I tried calling them but no one picks up. Their website is tiny thinkers.com. I just want my money back.
