Ordered shoes that never came, tracking says delivered

I saw the Tinyexplorings.com website and ordered a pair of shoes. The site is misleading and the shoes were supposed to ship from China. I got a tracking number and everything, but then it just said "delivered" and they never showed up. I lost $24 on this order.

I emailed their customer service at [email protected] about it. They just said it wasn't their problem. That was it.

After this happened, I looked it up and read some reviews. I'm not the only one. This exact thing has happened to several other people.
