Ordered a dog toy weeks ago and still nothing showed up

I bought a dog toy from their website tinyheartwags.com and paid 30 bucks. That was weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them and no toy ever came. The address on the site is 2709 N Hayden Island Dr STE 397694 in Portland OR.

I tried to see if there was a way to contact them but nothing. No replies or anything. Just took my money and nothing else. I dont know what else to do at this point.
