Ordered learning toys for my granddaughter, still getting charged months later

I ordered some learning things for my granddaughter off their website. Never got anything for the 49.99 I paid. Then they started charging my card 29.99 every month and it’s been over a year now.

I canceled my subscription three times already. They still keep taking the money. My bank won’t stop the payment either so I’m out 200 dollars and nothing to show for it.
