Ordered a Christmas gift, got the wrong item months later, no refund
I bought something from Tisselix's website for a Christmas gift. It showed up months later and it wasn't even the right thing. I emailed them about it. They wanted pictures of everything, so I sent those. They admitted it was their mistake and told me to just give away the thing I got. But they never sent the right product and they haven't given me my money back.
Now I get at least two emails every single day from them, offering a discount on more stuff or some percentage of a refund. Their own policy says a total refund if it's their fault. I've sent that policy back to them several times and just get an automated email reply every time. I've saved all the emails going back and forth and there's still no fix. Their website is still up and running like nothing's wrong.
