Ordered a metal sword replica but got a foam one from eBay instead

I bought a sword replica from titanswords.com. The website said it was polished metal with a dull blade. So I paid $119 for it.

What showed up in the mail was a full foam sword. And it came from a completely different seller on eBay. I looked back at the listing and they changed the description after I bought it to say foam instead of metal. So basically they are running a fake website and just ordering cheap foam swords from eBay and sending those out.

They told me they are going to issue a full refund but I really doubt I will ever see that money. Their address says Brooklyn, NY. The phone number they gave is (212) 804-6252.
