Ordered clothes twice and never got anything from Tivaloo

I ordered from Tivaloo.com and never got my stuff. First time it was 73 dollars for some clothes. Then I tried again and it was almost 90 dollars. Never got a single delivery.

My bank won’t help me. I showed them video from my camera proving nothing was dropped off. They said it was delivered but it was not. I have proof. They still said no to reimbursing me. I emailed them at [email protected] and nobody replies. Phone number is (999) 999-9999 but I don’t even know if that’s real.
