Ordered something online and they took my money but never sent the stuff

I bought something online from these people and paid $30. They gave me an email [email protected] and I think the address was somewhere in The Colony, TX. I never got what I ordered.

I tried to reach them but nobody answers. The money is gone and no product ever showed up. Just feels like a total waste. I don't know what else to do about it.

Ordered clothes from Tivalook, got shipping emails but never received anything

I saw an ad on TikTok for women's clothes. I had seen this lounge wear set I really liked from another seller, and then I found it on tivalook.com for cheaper. So I went ahead and ordered it.

After that, I kept getting emails with updated shipping information. They said it was on its way and then that it arrived at its destination. But I never got any package.

I'm signed up for USPS delivery notifications too, and they never showed a package coming to me. The whole thing just feels off. I paid $25.98 and got nothing.

Ordered from Tivalook, lost $40, and now the website is gone

I placed an order with Tivalook on March 12th, 2026. I paid $40 for it. Now I can't even get the tracking information and I still haven't received anything. When I try to look up the store or the website, it just says "website not available." It's completely gone. I lost my money.
