Ordered stuff on TikTok and never got it after 38 days

I placed an order through a TikTok seller. It said the products were delivered 38 days later but I never got anything. I tried to contact them but the email they had was [email protected] and there’s no phone number or website that works. No way to get ahold of anyone. I lost 38 dollars on this. It was an online purchase and now I can’t even find the store anymore.
