Ordered lychee saplings from a YouTube ad and got dead sticks

I saw an ad on YouTube for lychee saplings and ordered some. The package came and the saplings were totally dry, no moisture or anything around the roots. I still planted them and tried to take care of them but they were already dead.

I asked for my money back like the ad said they guaranteed, but they just keep giving me the run around. The package had the name William on it and I looked it up and saw it was on the scam tracker here. I lost about $45.

The company seems to be based in Beijing, China. Their website is tlpnb.com and email is [email protected].
