Ordered a washing machine bag and got a Japanese email

I was just playing games on my phone and this ad popped up for a bag you put in your washing machine to catch pet hair and lint. It seemed like a good idea so I clicked it and placed an order.

About a month goes by and I get this email in Japanese saying it was delivered. I looked everywhere for it and I could not find it. I replied to the email telling them I never got it but nobody ever wrote me back. Cost me 37 bucks.
