Paid a security deposit for a credit card that never arrived

I paid a security deposit for a credit card. The card never came. It's been several months now and still nothing. I just got an email saying I need a VIP subscription.

The crazy thing is I already had the VIP subscription, but I cancelled it because it was $83 a month. I couldn't afford that. Now they're telling me I need it again? I paid $900 for this deposit and have nothing to show for it. The phone number is (808) 333-2589 and the email is [email protected]. I've tried contacting them but it doesn't go anywhere.
