Got an email saying I can claim millions from a stranger

I got this email out of nowhere from someone named Phillip at [email protected]. It's a letter asking me to join in claiming over eleven million dollars. Something like $11,550,300. The whole thing is from this website tomhefflip.com.

They say they're based in Canada. The address they gave is 20 Adelaide St E Suite 72, Toronto, ON M5C 2T6, CAN. I never signed up for anything like this. It just showed up in my inbox. The whole thing felt off immediately. I don't know who this Phillip is or why he's contacting me about claiming money.
