App download tricked me into giving my Direct Express info

I just got set up with Direct Express for my social security benefits. So I tried to download the Direct Express app like normal. But this company called Tonebelle.fit.com had a logo that looked just like Direct Express's. I gave them all the info they needed and they took money from my new account. $49.95.

They didn't give me any service or product. Just took the money under fake pretenses. I called Direct Express fraud department but they said no, I gave permission. Even though this company copied the Direct Express app download. It feels like Direct Express could do more to protect elderly people like me instead of just blaming us and letting scammers copy their stuff.
