Got an email saying I'm a top doctor, wanted me to schedule a meeting

I got this email saying I've been recognized as one of the top doctors in my specialty for my region. It gave me a website and a QR code to go schedule a meeting. They said it was to make sure my personal information was correct. I didn't go through with scheduling anything. The whole thing felt off. The address they had was 1350 6th Ave Ste 2 in New York. I just didn't proceed.
