Ordered something from topicgirl.com and never got it, no refund either.

I ordered something from topicgirl.com and my money, over $81, was taken out. The order never showed up. The tracking they have says it's in CA, but that's it. I reached out to them by email to ask about the delivery status, and they just keep saying it's on its way. That doesn't make any sense.

I've asked for a refund multiple times now. I haven't gotten the refund yet, and I haven't gotten my order. They just keep giving me the same answer. I want my money back.
