Pedometer died after three months and no way to contact them

I bought a pedometer from that website with a year warranty. It went dead on me after not even three months of using it. I tried putting in brand new batteries and that didn't work either.

The website says they have 24/7 customer support but I can't find any way to contact them about this. No phone number works and the only email I found is [email protected] which seems weird. I spent $79 on this thing.
