Ordered charms in April and still nothing shipped

I placed an order on 4/30/26 order #10332 and it has yet to ship. When I reached out to the merchant I got excuses like she was grieving a friends death that happened in December 2025 but it’s currently June 2026. That didn’t make sense to me.

Their website is TopTierCharms.com and their email is [email protected]. Address they gave is in Muskegon, MI. I just want my order or my money back. No reply lately.
