Ordered a weight loss product that was not as advertised

I ordered a weight management product from their website, torontoshown.com. They claim the product is made in Canada and that orders ship within 24 hours. They also have a 180-day refund policy posted online, saying it's no questions asked.

They didn't ship my order until two whole weeks after I paid. When I finally got the product, it was wrong. The box clearly says "Made in USA," not Canada like they advertise. I emailed them at [email protected] to ask for a refund because what I got wasn't what I ordered.

They replied just to say no refund would be given. After I sent them proof that the product wasn't as advertised, they stopped contacting me completely. I'm out over $116.
