Ordered Torqueballs and they started charging me every month without asking

I ordered a 2pack of Torqueballs from them. Don't work by the way. Then while I was looking at my Citi Card statement this week I saw they were charging me an extra $39.99 every month. I didn't sign up for that.

I found a comment from another victim on your site and followed what they said to stop the charges. When I tried to cancel I got this message back: "ERROR An error occurred while cancelling your subscription." So I'm hoping Citi can just handle it for me. Even if they have to cancel the card and issue a new one.
