Ordered from Torqueball and got charged for fake subscription
We sent so many emails and left voicemails for their customer service. At first we got vague replies, now nothing. We're stuck with a lot of money taken out and we had to cancel our credit card just to make it stop. We're not dumb people but this one got us. Since then we found all these warnings about them online. I just want to put this out there so others don't fall for it. Do not buy anything from Torqueball. It's a scam.
Ordered Torqueballs and they started charging me every month without asking
I found a comment from another victim on your site and followed what they said to stop the charges. When I tried to cancel I got this message back: "ERROR An error occurred while cancelling your subscription." So I'm hoping Citi can just handle it for me. Even if they have to cancel the card and issue a new one.
