Order said delivered but nothing ever showed up

I ordered from torviane.com and they said my items were delivered but they never were. I waited another month for them to send a new product and then they said that was delivered too but it never showed up either.

When I asked for a refund they told me they would only give back 75% of the purchase and it would take 20 to 30 days. I already disputed the charge on my credit card but this website needs to be flagged and taken down. No one should order from them, its a total scam. Lost about $34.

Ordered pants and got a fake tracking number from nowhere

I ordered several pairs of pants from torviane.com and never got them. I emailed them at [email protected] and they said it’s on the way and gave me a tracking number. But the tracking says my order was delivered through some company I never heard of. No name on it or anything.

I lost $40 on this. I just wanted the pants. Now I got nothing and no real way to reach them.
