Phone call selling ink cartridges with no order

They called me selling ink cartridges. Said they wanted to send a sample first. I said okay, figuring it was a free sample or something. Then they sent a bill for triple what regular cartridges cost.

I paid it because I didn't know what else to do. Then they offered me a rebate card and sent triple the amount of cartridges without me asking for them. I never authorized any of this.
