Ordered nerve cream but got a different product sent to me

I ordered the NERVE cream from Total Relief off their website. They sent me something else instead. I tried reaching them at [email protected] but no reply. Their phone number is (813) 692-4661. I paid $127 for this and got the wrong thing. It doesn't make sense. I don't know what they sent me but it wasn't what I ordered.
