Mom charged almost two hundred dollars for ad blocker she never wanted

My mom got charged by these people for an ad blocking thing. They took 14.99 out of her account every month for most of 2025. I didn't even know about it until she showed me her bank statement.

Now they charged her 17.99 and then a huge 198.00 for April 2026. That's almost two hundred and thirty nine dollars total. She doesn't even know what TotalAdblock is or how they got her card. I tried emailing [email protected] but nobody wrote back. The address they gave is in Waimea, HI but it doesn't feel right.
