Ordered something online two months ago and still nothing

I ordered something online from these guys and it never showed up. That was like two months ago. Every time I email them at [email protected] they just keep saying it will come.

I paid $50 for it. Still waiting. Nothing in the mail. They just keep telling me the same thing over and over. It’s been two months now so I don’t think it’s coming.
