Toner showed up I never ordered and now they won't take it back

I got a call from these people saying I signed up for some buy 3 get 1 free deal on printer toner. I never agreed to anything like that. Then the toner just showed up at my office.

I sent them a message right away asking to return it. Now they're saying I absolutely did order it and that we're past the 60 day return date. They told me they won't pay for a return shipping label and that the toner can't be resold. So I'm stuck with toner I never wanted in the first place.
