Job turned out to be nothing after packages got sent back

I got an email about a job offer for a package specialist position. I've been sending out applications on Indeed nonstop so I figured it was just one of those places getting back to me. The pay seemed like a lot though and they said packages would be coming to my house.

I went ahead and set up my employee login and filled out the w-4 form. Worked from June 30 until August 4. Then I noticed one of the packages got sent back because something was wrong with the shipping. I called UPS to double check the address was right.

When I told my managers about what happened, they just stopped answering me. Completely ghosted. Now I'm pretty sure I got scammed out of a job.

Job offer that led to a casino website and a supervisor who hangs up

I was offered a job to pick up and receive packages from the store location or my own personal home. Also to reprint labels and reship the package out. I had an online dashboard where you could see all the incoming packages or the delivery day of arrival.

I would call the supervisor and the phone would just hang up. The website brought me to a casino page. I’m just so confused and scared at this moment. Their address is 4407 professional parkway, Groveport, OH 43125. The phone number they gave was (380) 233-5413 and the email was [email protected].
