Got a message about a delivery, paid extra insurance and never got my package

I got a message about a package delivery from Tracklet Cargo Logistics. They said I needed to pay more money for insurance, and that the funds would be returned to me. The website was trackletcargologistics.com and the number was (310) 200-8918, with an address in Los Angeles.

They said there would be an extra $25 charge every day I didn't pay. So I sent the $311. I never got any package. They never returned the money either. It's just gone.
