Hired to trademark a name and they kept asking for more money

I hired this company to help me trademark my business name. They gave me a price and I paid them $385.00. Then they started saying I needed to pay extra for things I never asked for. They would not finish the job unless I paid more.

I called the State of Louisiana where I use the name and they told me a trademark there costs $75 and covers 3 years before renewal. So this company is lying about what it really costs and trying to get more money out of me. They have a website at www.trademarkadvisers.com and their address is 1055 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 121 in LA. I just want people to know they do not complete what you pay for.
