Got a threatening call about my business name from Trademarkchase

A man called me saying his name was Irvin Jacobs, but he had a strong Indian accent. He threatened me. He said if I didn't file my trademark on my business name with his company, Trademarkchase, they would file a competing trademark themselves. He said they'd send me a cease and desist and take away my right to use my own business name. I've been using this name in business for seven years.

I told him that's not how trademarking works at all. He just laughed at me and said he would be sending me a cease and desist. It felt like a scare tactic. The website is Trademarkchase.com and the number was (773) 485-6246.
