Paid for a trademark filing they never did, then harassed me for more money

I paid TrademarkEngine to file a trademark for me. It was $100 plus a $350 filing fee. They took my money but they never actually filed my trademark.

Then they turned around and tried to charge me a $200 cancellation fee. This was for some $175 per month subscription service they claim I enrolled in. I never consented to that, not once. It's a scam subscription.

After that, they started harassing me. They were calling me five times a day, trying to bully me into paying their fake cancellation fee. They are complete predators and this company should be shut down.
