Paid thousands for trademark help that never happened

I paid this company $2500 for trademark services. Their website is www.trademarkgenius.com and they are supposedly based in DE, USA. They charged me thousands of dollars for trademark help that was never done.

I never got any work from them. No filing, no updates, nothing. They just took the money and that was it. I tried reaching out but no reply. I don't know what else to do at this point.
