Got a weird call from someone claiming to be with Associate Recovery

I got a call from a woman named Michelle. She said she was with Associate Recovery. Then later, I got a voicemail from the same Michelle, but this time she said she was with Traditional Services. It was the same person but from different phone numbers.

When I asked for the name of the company during the first call, she just kept mumbling something. She tried to put me on hold when I asked. The numbers were 844-607-9115 and 877-798-0920. The whole thing felt off.
