Online purchase scam keeps emailing me after I lost money

I bought something from this website tgli.ca and lost $1000. They took my money and never sent anything. Now they keep emailing me from [email protected] and calling me from (778) 593-1022 saying they want to give me a refund but then they try to get more money out of me. It’s just harassment at this point.

I told them to leave me alone multiple times. They won’t stop. I said I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The address they have is in Texas, USA but I don’t even know if that’s real. Just want them to stop contacting me.
