Paid $2,394 to sell my timeshare weeks but they blocked my number

Somebody called me about this travel networking group. They said for a one time fee of $2,394 they could put my weeks with Interval International up for group sale. I authorized 6 weeks and paid the fee. In return I was supposed to get a 180 day membership term and they would sell my weeks for $1,400 each. Sounded like a good return for weeks I wasn't using.

They sent me some offers but by the time I checked the email the week was already gone. This happened over and over. It's been a year now. They told me they were going to give me my money back but when I call they put me on hold and nobody ever picks up. After a few tries they blocked my number. I tried from my husband's phone and same thing happened. Then from our business line and same thing.
