Paid $150 for a passport service that just gives you a free government form
On their legal page it says if you call the same day to cancel, you get a full refund. But the phone number on their site, (888) 768-5899, never gets answered. I emailed [email protected] and got no reply either. I checked my credit card statement. The charge shows a different phone number with a California area code, even though they say they're in Delaware. I called that number too and it just goes to a generic cell phone voicemail every time.
