Google AI gave me a fake Expedia number and I lost $189

I had a problem with a flight so I searched Google for "expedia support phone number" and their number came up in the AI answer. They asked for my flight info and my name, and somehow they were able to access my reservation. They said they would help me fix the issue.

Then they wanted my whole address and credit card info. Charged me 189.00 and on my statement it came up as "Airline fares and taxe". When I got to the airport the next day, the airline had no record of anything. Their email had no confirmation numbers, just screenshots. The language in the email didn't sound corporate at all, and the email travelshelpdesk.com just doesn't seem like a normal name for a company.
