Bought artificial plants from Facebook ad and never got them

Saw an ad on Facebook for outside artificial plants. I went looking for some and found their website so I bought directly. Got a confirmation for the purchase. That was on 7/3/26.

I still haven't gotten anything, no shipment info or any update. When I tried to call them I realized there's no phone number for customer support, no address either. That's when I knew it was a scam. Lost $91.87.
