Ordered a laptop monitor attachment, got fake tracking and invalid email

I saw an ad on ******** for a multi-monitor laptop attachment. The whole order process said it was from TriEdge. But then I got an order confirmation from something called "Elysea Leefar Women's Gummies," which made no sense.

All the order updates came the same day, like ten minutes apart. The tracking number they gave doesn't work with any shipping service. I tried to email the support address they used, [email protected], and it bounced back as invalid and undeliverable. When I click "view my order" or "view the store," it just goes to a weird page. I paid over a hundred dollars for this and got nothing but fake updates.
