Signed up for a three month supply and only got one month

I signed up for a glp product for a 3 month supply. I got the first month then nothing. The company is not responding to any email, portal requests and the phone says “all lines are busy” then they hang up. I have tried all means of contact for several days. Their website is https://glp.trimrx.com/accommodations/requests and their address is in CA, USA. I already lost $500.00 on this.
