Ordered a one month prescription and now they want $399 more

I ordered a one month prescription of glp1 from trimrx.com. Right after I got the product I went to their website to cancel any future payments. But there’s no way to do it.

I’ve called the number (888) 896-1613 a bunch of times, nobody picks up. Sent emails to [email protected], no reply. Left voicemails, nothing. When I look at my profile on the site it says my next charge will be $399. I never agreed to that. Just wanted the one month.

Paid over five hundred dollars for product that never shipped

I ordered from trimrx.com and paid through Klarna for three months, total was $538.56. They gave me a tracking number and said I would get the product by May 19th 2026. But UPS still hasn't even gotten the package.

Its been a while now and nothing shows up in the system. The tracking just says label created or something like that. I paid all that money and I got nothing to show for it.
