Charged for a second month before I even got the first order

I bought a product from TrimTaste.com after seeing their ads. Their checkout process is messed up—it forces you to select an add-on and then gives you no chance to review your order before you pay.

I did get in touch with them after ordering. They told me my order shipped and I could return it once it arrived. Well, I never received anything. Then they went ahead and charged me another $130 for a second month.

Now they won't answer my emails at all. There's no phone number listed anywhere to call. I just want this stopped and my money back.
