Ordered from Trophy Slides in December, no item and no way to contact them

My partner bought something from Trophy Slides back in December. The money came out, over a hundred dollars, and we haven't gotten a single thing since.

No shipping info, no updates, nothing. We tried to find a way to get in touch with them, but their website has no real contact method. There's no phone number, no email, no way to actually talk to a person.

It's been months now with no word. The order just seems to have vanished after they took the payment. Something needs to be looked into with this company.
