Ordered a truck part, got a diamond ring instead and no one answers

I ordered a part from this website, part number A06-84160-002. When the package showed up I opened it and there was a diamond ring inside. Not the part I needed at all.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] a bunch of times. Every single email just bounces back as undeliverable. So I cant even get through to anyone. Lost $44.75 on this. Their address is 6-30 Far Rockway NY, Far Rockaway, NY 11691. Just a total waste of time and money.
