Harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, even after I told them to stop calling. They are very aggressive and rude when they call. I never applied for any loan with them, I don't know who they are.

They got my number from somewhere and now they just won't leave me alone. It's been going on for weeks now. I blocked the original number, but then they just started calling from different ones. This is straight up harassment.

I also found information online linking this to a website called true-healthic.com and an email [email protected], but it all feels like a scam. I lost money from an online purchase with them, $49.99, and now these calls won't stop.
