Signed up for a subscription I never wanted, twice

I ordered one jar of seamoss from True Seamoss. I never signed up for any subscription. Then the next month I get an alert saying I ordered another jar. I called and they told me I had a subscription. I said I never signed up for that. They told me to go online and cancel it, so I did. They signed me up for something I never did.

I had to use a chat because they don't even have a customer service number listed. They did refund my $38 that time. Well now they've done it again. They resubscribed me and took money out of my account for something I didn't order. I looked online and a lot of other customers are complaining about the same thing. You buy once and then you're signed up for subscriptions. This company is a rip off. They need to stop taking my money. I want people to know.
